Homie Insurance Agency, Inc., together with our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Homie” “we” “us” or “our”) care about your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. For example, if you request a title insurance quote, your personal information may be transmitted to our title insurance partner Qualia to complete the task you requested through the Services.

We may also share your information with third parties when necessary to comply with any requirement of law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, enforce or investigate a potential violation of the Terms of Use, exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, detect, prevent, or otherwise respond to fraud, security or technical concerns, support auditing and compliance functions, protect the rights, property, or safety of Homie, its users, or the public against harm, facilitate the financing or insuring of our business, complete a merger, acquisition, or any form of transfer or sale of our business or assets, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Email Communications

You may receive emails and text messages (collectively, “Communications”) from Homie for a variety of reasons. You can manage your receipt of certain communication by following the instructions included in communication or by modifying your notification preferences under Account Settings. Please note that, even if you unsubscribe from certain communications, we may still contact you with important transactional or administrative information.

Our Services may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a link to a third-party site, you will be directed to their site. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT, PRIVACY POLICIES OR PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD PARTY SITES OR SERVICES AND WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO REVIEW THE PRIVACY POLICY OF EVERY WEBSITE YOU VISIT.

Homie stores your personal information on servers located in the United States of America, but may transfer your personal information to other countries outside of the United States for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of personal data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of data and other personal data.
